he Pedro Romero Bodegas

The Bodegas were founded in Sanlúcar de Barrameda in 1860 by Vicente Romero Carranza. From their very beginnings, when they bought mature wines produced following the Solera method to set up a bodega in the traditional Jerez style, they have been involved in the harvesting of grapes as well as the production, maturing, commercialisation and sale of wines.

is owned one hundred per cent by the Romero family, successors to the grandchildren of the founder: Pedro, Aurora and Fernando Romero Ambrosse. As such, it is one of the few Spanish businesses which can claim to have been in the same hands through six generations, without any outside ownership.

Don Vicente Garden

Throughout its history, from the middle of the 19th century until the beginnings of the 21st century, the company has always put quality first, neither making concessions to the mass market nor following short-term trends. This approach has allowed it to maintain its prestige amongst its extremely loyal list of clients who have always been able to confidently rely on the excellence of its products.

Thanks to its methods of producing its wines, brandies, and vinegars, and its business strategy, can undoubtedly be considered to be a Bodega with a highly creative and personal touch.
